"We called at Manchester Sofa Company enquiring about having our Ercol suite reupholstered. We were unsure of how the process would work and what coverings were available. Jon (the owner) spent time with us discussing all the options, there was no pressure selling. We originally chose a fabric in the showroom but Jon suggested we brought it home to make sure it matched the room. Unfortunately it was not the right colour. After speaking with Jon he called to look at the suite and brought all the samples with him so we could coordinate the colour scheme. He arranged collection of the suite at no extra cost and the lads who came were pleasant, polite and very careful with the furniture. When the suite was returned we were so pleased with the finish and it looked like a completely new suite. We would have no hesitation about recommending his service or using him again as the workmanship was fantastic."
